Hello,I am Leah,today I am so happy here to introduce our falicities to you.

So first of all,I would love to introduce our stock of Senmei Metal on the right side,as you can see here, we mainly stock of coils 201/304,and origin mainly using Hongwang,Chengde,and Yongjin.

And our monthly capacity is 5000-6000 tons, and 70% in our capacity is mainly grade 201,we mainly produce J1/J2/J5,also we have the rest part is for 304, and main origin we will use,

The material we will use is Yongjin,which we will pick all the good quality surface coils use for producing the color sheets.And also right now,I would love to introduce the first step processing machine from the color sheets or coils. Here as you can see,it is the slitting machine.

And today, we’re here is our 8K mirror stainless steel processing workshop.

In our workshop, there are 3 sets of coil to coil 8K mirror polishing machines, and two sheet to sheet 9K mirror polishing machines.

 And they both use aluminum oxide grinding head to polish. Due to those 8K mirror polishing machines, our monthly capacity can be reached over 5000 tons.

Black Titanium Mirror Stainless Steel Sheet

Mirror black titanium stainless steel sheet is also called 8K black titanium stainless steel sheet, we referred to as 8K black titanium sheet.

Today I will take you to our No.4 polishing production lline.

Where are our products are strictly produced?

Here we are.

This machine is No.4 polishing machine.

Firstly, we load the stainless steel coil at the beginning of the machine, and then the coil goes through the No.4 polishing machine to polish the No.4 surface.

After that the water cleaning machine will clean the surface and the heater will dry the No.4 surface.

Finally, the No.4 coil will be pack with the edge protector, the rubber and steel belt.
